About JEE Advanced 2024
Unlike JEE Mains, which is conducted by NTA, JEE Advanced is conducted by the seven zonal IITs under the supervision of JAB. Successfully cracking the JEE Main exam will give you the opportunity to sit in the JEE Advanced exam. Through JEE Advanced, IITs offer admission into undergraduate courses leading to a Bachelor, Integrated Masters, Bachelor-Master Dual Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Architecture.
There are many parallels between the JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2024 syllabuses. However, JEE Advanced necessitates a thorough strategy. If you want to ace the test, you need to understand every topic’s fundamentals. Here is a condensed version of the syllabus:

JEE Advanced 2024 Preparation Strategy: Focus Your Attention to Revision
Determine which chapters are very grade-worthy: Give them as much practice as you can. Because achieving perfection in those sections would ensure your achievement. Additionally, look for trends in the previous year’s exam questions by analysing them. Look through previous years’ exam questions to find out which subjects—physics, chemistry, and biology—are tested most frequently. Make sure you edit these all the way through.
Edit your notes: It’s common knowledge that taking notes while studying is quite beneficial. Considering that your notes serve as a summary of all you have discovered in a certain chapter. Therefore, your notes will be quite helpful to you when you are preparing for NEET 2024 at the last minute! In order to assist you in remembering them, go over the most important concepts, formulas, and points in your notes quickly.
Practice using past year’s papers and mock exams: To replicate the real exam atmosphere, take timed simulated exams regularly. Examine your errors and make necessary revisions to the related topics. You can become familiar with the question structure and difficulty level by working through past years’ papers. Of course, if it is too much pressure for you, Pathfinder offers mock tests for NEET 2024.
JEE Advanced Preparation Strategy: Master the Art of Time Management
You cannot devote all of your time to editing without a well-thought-out plan. The best course of action is to establish a programme or routine because you will probably encounter difficulties. Create a daily revision schedule, specify the exact times you will examine each subject, and do your best to adhere to it.
During our mock tests, we at Pathfinder instruct our students on time management techniques. Time management strategies might help you avoid spending too much time on any one question. In order to increase your confidence and free up time for the more challenging questions, make a plan for the test and practise identifying and solving the easiest problems first.
JEE Advanced Preparation Strategy: Be Calm and Focused
It’s not good to only study hard! Maintaining your health is essential for exam success. Thus, in order to be as productive as possible, you need to maintain a healthy habit;
Maintain a regular sleep schedule: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night for the best cognitive function and memory consolidation. In addition, eat a well-balanced diet and exercise frequently to improve overall well-being and focus. Moreover, practise meditation, yoga, or deep breathing to lessen tension and anxiety.
Take care of Your Mental Health: Do not let others’ expectations mount a huge burden on you. Remember, you are taking the all-India exam for your own future. Furthermore, it is very much fine to have big dreams and work hard for them but do not set unrealistic high bars for yourself. Just give your best and stay focussed.
