    Methodology of Teaching

In the beginning of the new academic session, we prepare an Academic Calendar to frame the entire curriculum of the year. As per the Academic Calendar our Faculty Members prepare the Lecture Plan of the syllabus. Throughout the year

we assess the students by taking …… i) Class Tests (20marks) quarterly; ii) Unit Test (50 marks)- one; iii) Half- Yearly (70 marks)- one (for class- VIII & IX); iv) Annual Test (90 marks)- one (for Class-VIII & IX); v) Pre- Mock (70 marks)- one (for class- X) & vi) Mock Test- Set-I, II & III (90 marks) for Class-X. Also, we practice MCQ pattern of questions by providing a special class (quarterly) in the Activity Class. Video classes are also provided on specific subjects like Life Science; Geography and English. We do also provide Home Assignments after completion of each chapter and the students submit the same in the next class for correction. In every class before starting a new portion of a chapter our Teachers ask questions to the students from the previous portion of the chapter. Special Support Classes are being provided to the individual student if any chapter miss matches with their School curriculum. Also, individual doubt discussion classes are being provided to the weaker students. If any student does any extra home work from any other reference book our Teachers help them by checking their copies and solving their doubts. Also, when required our Teachers do provide valuable notes to the students and provide guidelines for the project work too. They teach the students in depth, clear the concepts of the chapters, teach them how to write an answer as per the Board norms and aware them the marking pattern of the Board.

Assessment and Feedback report of the Students

After each month we do take feedback of individual students from all the Teachers that how they are performing in the class, whether they are interacting with the Teachers or can answer the questions asked by the Teachers or they are attentive in the class or they are not responding in the class. Parents can see the feedback report after each month. For weaker students our Teachers do discuss their problems with the guardians and help them to recover from their problem areas. We also conduct Parents Teachers Meeting on regular intervals to discuss the entire progress of the students. Our Class Coordinators keep in close contact with the students, know their requirements by taking feedback from them and also from their parents that whether they are studying at home and completing their home works.
