WBJEE 2024 Application Form and Exam Date

This year the WBJEE exam will be held on 28th April. The WBJEE application form was made available on December 23, 2022, while the WBJEE admit card was made available on April 20, 2023, for the WBJEE 2023 Exam. What is WBJEE?

The WBJEE is run by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) which was established in 1962. WBJEE provides admission to numerous private and government colleges/universities/technical and self-financing universities in West Bengal for Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, and Technology.

WBJEE 2024 Exam Date

The date of the WBJEE Exam has been declared to be on 28th April 2024. The WBJEE 2024 Application Form can be expected on the third week of December 2023. While, last year the WBJEE 2023 Admit card was made available on April 20, 2023. So, for 2024, we can expect the same probable date, i.e., 23rd December 2023. Important guidelines for WBJEE 2024 registration

The WBJEE 2024 Application Form will be available online at www.wbjeeb.nic.in. Printed forms are no longer available.
When filling out the form, make sure to include a legitimate and working phone number and email address. The Board will send all relevant alerts to the phone number provided.
Pay attention to spelling when filling out registration information such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, domicile, and date of birth. These details cannot be edited, updated, or modified once they have been entered.
In relation to the previous point, information must match exactly with picture identification cards, mark sheets, school/college admit cards and other documents. Later, when entering the examination hall, students must produce all of these documents.
Never disclose your application id, password, security question, or answer to anyone.
Students must submit a scanned copy of their photograph and signature. If an applicant receives an email or SMS indicating a difference in the uploaded images, he or she must correct it within one day.
Except for the father’s and mother’s names, gender, residence, and date of birth, other facts can be changed after the board announces the “Correction Period.” Please keep in mind that the Board will not permit any modifications after that.
You can only pay their examination fees via a debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking.
Please do not wait until the last day to pay the WBJEE 2024 application fee till the last date to avoid online payment failure or network trafficking. WBJEE Fees are not refundable once paid under any situation.
Please keep multiple copies of the payment receipt, confirmation page and Admit Card.

WBJEE 2024 Registration Fees

WBJEE 2024 fees are Rs. 500 for General Candidates only. The fee for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B is Rs. 400. Bank Services Charges, if applicable, apply to both groups. Students must present their respective SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B certificates to be eligible for the fee reduction. If students do not produce the certificates, their applications will be cancelled as directed by WBJEEB.

Step-by-Step Guide to Fill the WBJEE 2024 Application Form

Visit www.wbjeeb.nic.in
Go to the “New Registration Link”.
Fill out the details like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, date of birth, gender, type of identification and contact number.
Carefully fill in the other contact details like phone number, email id, address, state, pin code, district, etc.
Create a password and security question with an answer. Please remember the password, if needed you can write it and keep it in a safe place for future use.
Then Preview your details given in the Application Form and then proceed to “Submit”.
Once submitted, applicants will receive an Application Number on their registered mobile number and email ID.
With this application Number, WBJEE 2024 candidates need to log in to the portal. Here you will be required to provide the password they have set before (Step No.5) and fill in all the necessary details of the Registration Form. In this step, applicants have to choose three exam zones, which will be allocated as the WBJEE Exam Centre.
Once the details are filled out, you have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature. Moreover, you must abide by the upload specifications stated by the WBJEEB.

11. You will be led to the payment portal once you have successfully uploaded the photo and signature. Only Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI should be used to complete the online payment process.

12. Once the payment is successful, you must download the confirmation page and keep a printout for future reference.

WBJEE 2024 Application Form Correction

WBJEEB will declare the Correction period after the first phase of the Registration procedure, which is yet to be declared. Except for the father’s and mother’s names, gender, residence, and date of birth, student information can be changed after the “Correction Period” is announced by the board. Please keep in mind that the Board will not permit any modifications after that.

WBJEE 2024 Admit Card

The WBJEE 2024 Admit Card is expected to be released in the second week of April 2024. After the candidate application procedure is complete, using the WBJEE 2024 Application Form Number and Password, you can download their admit card. The Admit Card is a necessary document as without it, you will not be able to take the exam.

Forgot WBJEE 2023 Application Number

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. To get your Application ID, follow these procedures;

Navigate to www.wbjeeb.nic.in.
Select the WBJEE login window option.
Select “Candidate Login” and then “Forgot Application Number.”
Enter your name, your father’s name, your mother’s name, your date of birth, and your security pin.
Select the “Get Application Number” option.
The WBJEE application number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

Forgot WBJEE 2023 Login Password?

Go to www.wbjeeb.nic.in
Enter your WBJEE login information.
Click the Candidate Login button, then the “Forgot Password” link.
You will be given three options to reset your password:
- You can use the Security Question and Answer you selected when filling out the Application Form
- Use the Verification Code delivered through SMS to your registered mobile phone.
- You can also have a reset link emailed to your registered email address.
Choose one of the three alternatives and press the “Continue” button.
Enter your information and reset your WBJEE 2024 login password.
